Builder - Triple H Construction
Triple H Construction has an outstanding reputation for building quality custom homes and commercial buildings in the mid-island region. Family-owned and operated, Triple H has roots dating back four decades when Doug Hill started building homes in the Parksville area. His sons, Rob and Mike, joined Doug in the early eighties. Their solid reputation is based on quality workmanship and exceptional customer care.

The carpenters have an average of more than 20 years of experience in superior craftsmanship. Architect - M. W. LaFoy
A resident of Parksville, Manley LaFoy has been designing projects with heart for 45 years. His long-time affection for family homes is part of what drew him to the cottages at Oceanside Village Resort. Having owned many vacation homes himself, Manley understands how they are used. His knowledge and skill are reflected in Oceanside Village Resort’s open-concept design cottages, which maximize space, create social environments, and still provide areas for solitude.
Interior Designer - Interior Design Group
Led by Creative Director Lana MacRae, the Interior Design Group works on some of the most prestigious properties on Vancouver Island. IDG has received 20 design awards since 2001. This vibrant, seven-person team strives to remain leaders in BC’s interior design industry. IDG are the creative minds behind the theme and design of Oceanside Village Resort. The cottages were designed with quality finishes and a calming palette of colours that is refreshingly new and urban, yet most fitting for a cottage by the sea.
Sales: Ian Lindsay and Associates of RE/MAX First Realty
Having led the successful sales team at the original Oceanside Village Resort development, Ian Lindsay and Associates have returned to assist with sales. Joining Ian onsite are Frank Fairley, Peter Zimmerman and Andrew McLean. Each team member has grown up or raised his family in the Parkville area, and brings knowledgeable experience in helping buyers purchase at Oceanside Village Resort II.
