Please Note:

30 day Cancellation Policy - $25 administration fee applied if reservation is cancelled prior to 30 days.
If reservation requests are not confirmed and paid for within 48 hours, they will be cancelled from the system.
A deposit of $250 is required at the time of booking short stays and one half months rent on long stays in order to confirm your reservation.
For short stays, if guest leaves early, no refund is given. On long stays, if guest cancels out part of their stay while here, 30% will be charged to them on amount of lost revenue.
A maximum of two pets allowed per pet friendly cottage and pets must be leashed at all times. If pets are found to be in cottages which do not allow for them or more than two pets are found to be in a pet friendly cottage, this will result in your stay being canceled.
